Wonderful experience at this hotel

the staff were very good. The rooms were spacious and beautiful and there were a variety of dinner options in a few restaurants. a day trip to the neighbouring hotel was possible, the beach there is gorgeous. I found snorkelling to be excellent and the area very quiet.

i found the level of hygiene and cleanliness to be REALLY BAD. Our room was dirty and disgusting. The bathroom was used by someone before we arrived and nobody bothered to clean it properly, there was also a urine smell everywhere.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They always were really good too ensure my stay was comfortable. the reception staff was especially friendly and efficient. every request i made was handled promptly and professionally.
